Do I need a doctor's referral?
Typically no doctor's referral is required for services.

Humana insurance does require a doctor's referral for many of their plans.
Do you accept insurance?
YES! We accept; Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare and/or Medicaid Replacement Plans, Most Commercial Insurances and Private Pay.

Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify.
What are the credentials of Eaves' counselor?
All of our counselors are licensed in the state they are practicing. Our counselor are a combination of LCSWs, LCMHs, LCPCs and Licensed psychologists.
How quickly can services begin?
Typically our services can begin between 5 - 7 days
Is there a limit of how many visits I can receive?
Typically there is no limit for counseling visits. However, it is dependent upon insurance payer and plan.
How often do I receive visits from my counselor?
Every situation is unique, however, visits typically start as weekly and for 60 minutes per visit. You and your counselor will determine how often visits will be based on your situation and need.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, Eaves offers telehealth counseling, as well as in-person visits.
How do I contact my counselor?
Your counselor will give you instructions on how to reach him/her if needed.

Counseling services are 100% confidential. Your information is only shared with your permission.
What if there is an emergency and my counselor cannot be reached?
If you have a medical or mental health emergency, you should call 911 first and then let your counselor know, so that the situation can be discussed.
